- 1 cup spinach, packed
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup frozen banana (about 1 banana)
- 1 scoop doTERRA Vanilla Trim Shake
- ½ scoop doTERRA TerraGreens
- 1 ½ c. Macadamia (or your favorite nut or dairy milk)
- ¼ tsp. Spirulina (optional)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend away!
Notes
The sweetness comes from the banana, I like to freeze extra ripe banana, already cut into smaller chunks, so that it acts as ice and ingredient!
