Bulletproof Keto Matcha Green Tea Latte Recipe

- 2 cups Macadamia Nut Milk
- 2 TBL Organic MCT Oil
- 2 TBL Grass-fed butter
- 2 tsp Unsweetened Organic Matcha Powder
Instructions
- Heat your macadamia nut milk in a small pot on stove. Bring it to hot, but not boiling.
- While the nut milk is heating, gather all your ingredients and put it in a blender container.
- When your milk is at the desired temperature, add milk to blender container.
- Blend for 15 – 30 seconds.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
Notes
I personally like it unsweetened, especially after going through a sugar detox, I try to limit my sugar intake. You could add 1 teaspoon of sweetener of your choice (honey, agave, sugar). Those choices would not be Keto friendly. For a Keto friendly sweetener, check out Monk Fruit sweetener.
