Oregano essential oil has amazing antiviral and antibacterial properties.
I have used it to help with my recovery when my immune system is compromised. There are 3 main ways to use an essential oil, aromatically, topically, and internally. This is one of 3 part series of how to use oregano.
How to use Oregano essential oil aromatically:
The easiest way to use oregano essential oil aromatically is with a diffuser. When diffused in the air, oregano will help cleanse and purify the air from any harmful pathogens. By smelling the aroma of oregano, it will also help support your immune and respiratory system.
Every oil has an emotional benefit. Oregano is the Oil of Humility and Nonattachment. It helps an individual to clear the negativity that may be causing one to be stubborn, strong opinions, and rigid belief system. Oregano can also help assist in detaching from things that hinders growth an progress, such as ending a toxic relationship, or stopping a destructive habit.
